By ordering from Ipsha, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ipsha.com and all purchases from Lipsha Fashion / Ipsha. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
02 Account & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate name, email, phone, and address when registering or checking out
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account
- One person may hold one account; we reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent activity
- Notify us immediately at support@ipsha.com if you suspect unauthorized use
03 Orders, Pricing & Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, pricing error is detected, or fraud is suspected — you will be refunded in full if payment was taken.
Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is FREE across India (as displayed at checkout). We may change prices at any time before you place an order.
Payment Methods
For prepaid orders, payment must succeed before we confirm. For COD, please keep exact amount ready; courier may verify ID.
04 Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.)
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after confirmation (metro cities faster)
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking ID (e.g.,
TRK-EMQD5G1) via Email/SMS - Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are outside our control — we will keep you updated
- Please provide accurate address & phone; redelivery may be chargeable if courier cannot reach you
05 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligibility
- Request within 7 days of delivery for damage, wrong size, or manufacturing defect
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging
- Sale / heavily discounted items may be non-returnable (marked on product page)
Process
Email support@ipsha.com with order number, photos, and reason. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you to ship back. Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days after QC.
06 Intellectual Property
All content on ipsha.com — including images, logos, designs, and text — is owned by Ipsha and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell without written permission.
Product images are for illustration; slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
07 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for courier delays beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or as required by Indian law.
Prohibited Use
- No hacking, scraping, or overloading our servers
- No false orders, abusive behavior toward staff or couriers
- We may suspend access if these rules are violated
08 Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. Last review: 26 Aug 2026.
